Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week with 40 hours per week including 34 direct patient-facing hours
Weekend Requirements: No in-office weekend hours; only telemedicine as part of call rotation
On Call requirements: Call rotation approximately 1 in every 70 days. Phone call only with RN triage as first contact. Telemedicine for 2 3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
Availability: Full Time
Compensation: Base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with opportunity for additional income through productivity incentives
Assignment Duration: Long term permanent
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Documents required:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC)
- Active NY License (or willingness to obtain)
- ACLS (AHA)
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA
- Self- Query NPDB

- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team

- Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
- Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
