Pediatrics Physician

Provider Requirements

• Pediatric MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Strong bedside manner with an energetic, team-oriented personality
• Interested in a long-term, permanent position
• Willing to complete a 3-month locums assignment before permanent conversion
• New graduates are welcome; scope of practice can be adjusted based on experience

Experience

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician
• Prior Office Practicum EMR experience not required
• Comfortable managing routine pediatric care, including basic ADHD medication management and follow-up visits
• Strong interest in building a long-term patient panel and working collaboratively within a team

Schedule

• Full-time preferred, but part-time considered
• Minimum 3 days per week if part-time
• No call during the locums assignment
• After permanent conversion:
  • Shared weekday call ( 4 times per month)
  • Shared weekend call every 5-6 weekends (includes Saturday morning office hours)

Patient Volume

• 16-22 patients per day
• Mix of well-child and sick visits

EMR

• Office Practicum
• Training provided; prior experience is not required
