Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Well-established Hospital based group seeking additional provider for a full service Geriatrician program with inpatient, outpatient and nursing home experience. Involvement in the PACE Program for all-inclusive care for the elderly. Currently staffed 4 BE/BC, 2 PA?s. Call rotation is with the group 1:5 weekdays and weekends. PA handles first call contact. Dedicated support staff in the office. Competitive salary including an incentive plan.
