Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience
• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Licensure: Current licensure and/or certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with training in family practice in the state of employment
• Certifications: Valid driver's license
• Language: Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak)
• Additional: Must be at least board eligible to qualify for privileges, US Citizenship and social security card required for facility clearance
