- Join an established primary care team with multiple physicians and APPs
- Adult-only patient population
- Outpatient-only practice
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00a-5:00p
- Five-day work week
- See approximately 20-24 patients per day
- Access to an established immediate care center for patient referrals
- Rotating phone call only
- Very light call volume
- Nurse triage line manages calls
- Providers contacted only for urgent or severe issues
- Athena EMR
- 3+ years of post-training experience required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
