Client Details Highly specialized manufacturer and converter serving the folding carton and industrial packaging markets. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering custom-engineered converting solutions to a diverse customer base across multiple industrial sectors. Description Lead and execute the sales strategy across the West Coast, with a strong focus on folding carton and paperboard converting solutions Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving accountability, coaching, and consistent revenue growth Own and expand the teams key strategic accounts in folding carton, packaging, and CPG-related markets Leverage technical knowledge of folding carton manufacturing, substrates, and converting processes to position tailored solutions for clients Establish and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers (VP, Procurement, Operations) across packaging and converting organizations Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and margin targets MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Profile A successful Sales Director should have: Folding carton or paperboard converting background Leadership experience with direct reports $5M+ annual revenue ownership West Coast market exposure Experience selling into CPG / regulated industries History of building a team or new region Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $140K-$160K Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off (PTO).
