Locum Tenens General Dentist (Super GP Molar Endo Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled General Dentist (Super GP) with strong experience in molar endodontics (root canals) to support a growing practice in Bakersfield, CA. This is a flexible locum opportunity with the potential to expand into a long-term or permanent role.
Assignment Details - Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule:
- 2 days every other week to start
- Potential to expand to 2 3+ days per week based on performance and patient demand
Clinical Overview - Patient Volume: 16+ patients per day
- Patient Mix: 90% adult, 10% adolescent
Procedures - Primary Focus: Molar Endodontics (Root Canals)
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Preferred (not required):
- Surgical extractions
- Single-tooth implants
Practice Details - Support Staff: 2 RDAEFs, 1 RDA, 1 RDH
- Charting System: Eaglesoft
- Insurance: Delta Dental / PPO
Requirements - Active California Dental License
- BLS Certification
- DEA (preferred, not required)
Compensation & Logistics - Competitive pay rate
