Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage in long-term development

  • Provide sales, product, and service information via morse code

  • Monitor market trends and take action to meet customer demands

  • Engage in weekly development sessions with Team Leaders and Coaches

  • Navigate challenges by being steady yet adaptable.

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of identifying and resolving complex issues in under 5 minutes

  • Advanced degree required

  • Experience motivating customers to purchase products and/or services

  • Proficient in computer setup and technical troubleshooting

  • Day, Night and Overnight Shift (Required)

  • Excellent telephony skills
