Job summary: Manual soldering to assemble, test, and create wire harnessing for aerospace/simulation products in a fast-paced production environment.
Job duties: Assemble electronic equipment, install components, units, sub-assemblies, & wiring.
- Assemble units with process that may include but not limited to: soldering, stripping wires, crimping pins, heat shrinking of tubing, labels.
- Read and interpret drawings, Schematics, specifications, work orders or reports.
- Test products to ensure conformance to specification.
- Perform manual assembly during the small-scale production of electronic devices used in simulated avionic systems.
REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrate good soldering skills.

Recent PC Board soldering experience.

Able to read work instructions and assembly drawings.

Ability to fully wire units using schematics and wiring diagrams with little to no supervision

Knowledge of operating crimping tools, ohmmeter, power supplies, and oscilloscopes

Electronic Engineering Tech degree preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Able to sit for a long period of time.

Must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, reach, pull up to 20 pounds.
