The Opportunity
We are seeking a focused Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. This position is a perfect mix of machine operation and hands-on detailed work. Your primary duties will involve operating simple production machinery and performing the manual assembly of small, high-tolerance precision components.
If you have great hand-eye coordination, enjoy working with your hands, and prefer a steady, structured manufacturing environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Load components into production equipment and run simple, repetitive machinery to form or finish parts.
- Precision Assembly: Carefully assemble small, delicate components (nozzles, needles, and hubs) using your hands, basic hand tools, and optical inspection.
- Visual Inspection: Routinely check finished parts to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and are free of contaminates, blockages or defects.
- Sorting & Prep: Sort, count, and package small precision parts into designated bins and shipping containers.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow basic safety protocols.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is a plus (we will train the right person).
- Fine Motor Skills: High manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for manipulating small, precise components.
- Focus & Patience: The ability to maintain concentration during repetitive assembly tasks to ensure zero defects.
- Communication: Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions in English.

- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or detailed retail/production environment is a plus (we will train the right person).
