Position Overview As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of our advanced, personally authenticated firearms. You'll work hands-on with high-quality components, contributing to a finished product that prioritizes safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities - Assemble firearm components with precision and care to meet quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts are free of defects.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Always Work safely, following specific safety processes and procedures
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications - Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Fine motor skills and attention to detail.
- Required: Clean criminal record (no felony charges).
- Required: Ability to pass Drug Screen.
- Preferred: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
Work Environment - Fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Requires standing for extended periods.
Schedule - Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (10-hour shift). Hours may vary based on business needs
Compensation and Benefits - Starting wage: $18/hour.
