We are seeking a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced procurement team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional business partners, manage supplier relationships, support sourcing initiatives, and help optimize procurement strategies that directly impact business success.

What You'll Do
- Support strategic sourcing and category management initiatives.
- Conduct supplier research, market analysis, and spend analysis.
- Manage and coordinate RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and assist in supplier selection.
- Participate in contract negotiations and procurement strategy development.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Assist with supplier risk assessments and contract management.
- Develop cost-saving recommendations through data-driven analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends and sourcing best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, financial analysis, supply chain, or category management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, or sourcing events.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IT procurement, technology sourcing, or outsourcing.
- Knowledge of procurement systems or eSourcing platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.).
- Project management or contract negotiation experience.
- Experience supporting AI or technology-related procurement initiatives is a plus.
