All Tech Electronics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support / Sales Administration Associate to assist our sales team with customer order processing, sales administration, reporting, and customer support activity.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, is comfortable handling order details, and can support multiple sales representatives, customer requirements, and internal departments.Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders accurately and timely
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, terms, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain and update customer order backlog reports
  • Track order status and assist with customer follow-up
  • Work within multiple customer portals to manage order updates, reports, and documentation
  • Support sales representatives with quotes, customer inquiries, order changes, and account follow-up
  • Assist with preparing sales reports, customer summaries, and internal tracking documents
  • Coordinate with purchasing, operations, accounting, and quality teams as needed
  • Maintain organized customer files, order records, and sales documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of prior office, sales support, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
  • Comfortable working with customer orders, reports, and deadlines
  • Experience with customer portals, ERP systems, or order entry systems is a plus
