Inside Sales & Customer Account Specialist

Hybrid Port Washington, NY 11050 (Western Nassau County / Long Island)

You'll partner closely with outside sales representatives, distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and project stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, support product adoption, and drive revenue growth across your assigned business channel and territory.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience working with or selling electronics-related products such as LED lighting, devices, Audio/Visual, electrical, or similar technical product categories.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, or similar platforms
  • Willingness and ability for occasional travel to trade shows, customer visits, and industry events


What You'll Do

Become a Trusted Partner to Customers and Sales Teams

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and sales representatives
  • Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Build lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support customers through the entire project and order lifecycle

Drive Sales Growth

  • Partner with outside sales representatives to pursue new business opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support promotional initiatives and product launches
  • Drive leads and opportunities through HubSpot and CRM tools

Own the Customer Experience

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quotations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Help customers navigate complex projects and product selections

The expected salary is $66,300 - $68,00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
