Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M
- Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required
- Design Build Experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
