We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual. The Bookkeeper & Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and inventory regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and inventory management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Process purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and resolve discrepancies with vendors
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, inventory regulations, and company policies
  • Utilize accounting software and inventory management systems proficiently
  • Collaborate with departments to forecast inventory needs and plan strategies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and inventory regulations
  • Experience with audit support and process improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$28.00
