Inside Sales Professional

Are you a motivated, people-focused professional who enjoys connecting with others and helping businesses find solutions? We're looking for an Inside Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through relationship-building, consultative selling, and exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll work from the office using phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms to identify opportunities, engage prospects, schedule appointments, and support clients throughout the sales process. What You'll Do

Generate New Business Opportunities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct approximately 350 outbound calls per week.

Connect with Prospects

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Learn about customer challenges and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
• Clearly communicate service offerings and value propositions through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Manage the Sales Process

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM software.
• Schedule follow-up activities and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals.

Schedule and Support Sales Appointments

• Set approximately 12 qualified appointments per week for our Outside Sales team.
• Provide backup support to Outside Sales representatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Grow Client Relationships

• Develop long-term partnerships with clients.
• Address concerns, overcome objections, and provide ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen customer accounts.

Preferred Experience

• Sales, customer service, staffing, recruiting, business development, or account management experience preferred.

Compensation

Pay: $24.00 per hour, based on experience
