About the Role:ComfortKing USA, an apparel distribution company based in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system
- Take and manage customer orders via phone and email
- Resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a professional manner
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with collections
- Prepare and process invoices
- Update inventory and prices using Excel.
- Organize and manage product samples
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (daily responsibilities may vary)
Qualifications:- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
