This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system
  • Take and manage customer orders via phone and email
  • Resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a professional manner
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with collections
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Update inventory and prices using Excel.
  • Organize and manage product samples
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (daily responsibilities may vary)
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
