We are Third Party Administrators located in Midtown Manhattan. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle calls from Members and Providers.
Candidates must have: Previous customer Service experience, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Also required are computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required. Salary commensurate with experience. This can become a Hybrid position.
