Compensation: $80,000-$120,000+ per year (Performance-Based Commission)
We are a growing residential plumbing company seeking a Licensed Plumber or 4th Year Apprentice who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and service water lines, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and related plumbing equipment
• Perform drain cleaning and maintenance services
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins
• Document work performed using photos and service notes
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call
Requirements
• Illinois Plumber's License OR 4th Year Apprentice Card
• Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Preferred Experience
• Residential service plumbing
• Drain cleaning and sewer maintenance
• Sales or estimate presentation experience
• Experience using service management software
