These roles offer the opportunity to work primarily locally within small, specialized teams, focusing on high-quality craftsmanship in both new construction and retrofit projects.
Responsibilities
- Installation projects including retrofits, replacements, and new construction
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards
- Provide retrofit solutions that require problem-solving and adaptability
- Maintain clear communication with clients to build confidence and keep projects on track
- Handle heavy equipment and work in challenging environments like attics and crawlspaces
- Collaborate effectively within small, specialized teams
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times
- Physical stamina to work in demanding conditions

Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in HVAC or Plumbing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid HVAC or Plumbing License (Journeyman)
