Position Description
- You'll be expected to actively participate and support your colleagues to help us achieve our goals. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the assembly of both electronic and mechanical assemblies, directly contributing to the production of innovative technologies.
- You will perform a variety of tasks, from repetitive production operations to more complex, non-repetitive assembly, utilizing both manual and powered hand tools.
Skills Required
- Requires two (2) years of a High School, GED or Trade School education.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Access work instructions and log daily tasks and time worked on a computer. Use manual hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, modify, test, repair and/or rework various assemblies.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have good manual dexterity, able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, must pass a Visual Acuity Standard Test (VAST) or have correctable vision, including color vision. Will be trained.
Skills Preferred
- Applying conformal coat.
- Soldering experience with electrical components.
- Knowledge of surface mount technology and assembly processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
