Assembler

Aegis is partnered with a global manufacturer of custom thermal control and process heating solutions serving industries including aerospace, defense, medical, food processing, and industrial manufacturing. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their production team and hiring Assemblers across multiple departments and shifts. Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and subassemblies using blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments to complete assemblies
• Perform quality inspections and testing throughout the assembly process
• Read production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Work safely while following quality and manufacturing standards
• Support a clean, organized, and team-oriented production environment

Requirements:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift and working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience:

• Mechanical or electronics assembly
• Medical device, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
• Quality inspection or testing
• Clean room or industrial manufacturing experience
