Experienced Plumber

Guardian Plumbing Pros is seeking an Experienced Plumber to join our growing team based in Mooresville, NC. We perform a mix of residential plumbing service and construction work throughout the greater Mooresville area and are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values quality, professionalism, and customer service.

We are looking for experienced plumbers, but we are also open to candidates with construction plumbing knowledge who are eager to develop their skills and advance within the trade.

Pay & Benefits

• $25 - $35 per hour for experienced plumbers

• $16 - $24 per hour for apprentice-level candidates with relevant experience

• Performance-based bonuses

• Monday through Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work

• Assist with new construction and remodel plumbing projects

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures

• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Represent the company with professionalism on every job site

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience preferred

• Construction plumbing knowledge strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
