This is an entry-level assembly job where the person:
- Follows work instructions to assemble small parts
- Sets up workstations and checks their own work
- Does basic equipment maintenance as instructed
- Helps other team members when needed
- Must have basic reading, math, and computer skills
Key requirement: soldering skills (IPC certification preferred)
