Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person full time or part time to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling parts on printed circuit boards, hand soldering through-hole and some surface-mount (SMT) components. Some assembly prep will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Soldering: Perform hand soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement on PCB assemblies.
Assembly: Populate printed circuit boards with components, including some part preparation.
Documentation: Read and interpret Bill of Materials and work instructions.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure soldering equipment is operating correctly.
Qualifications
Soldering experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
US Citizenship required.
Physical Requirements
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to see markings on small components such as resistors, capacitors, and ICs for proper installation.
