Family Medicine Physician Los Angeles, CAPosition Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the organization s mission and values.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient history, physical exams, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform procedures within scope and document all patient encounters in EMR (EPIC).
- Provide patient education, respond to special needs, and coordinate referrals.
- Collaborate with NPs/PAs and other providers; rotate to cover other sites as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
- Participate in meetings, committees, and call panels as required.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active/unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Clinical experience beyond residency preferred; medical Spanish a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
