About the Opportunity

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time, BC/BE OB/GYN Physician to join its hospital-owned Four Seasons OB/GYN practice the only OB/GYN practice in the Brattleboro area. This is a rare opportunity to join a long-standing, stable practice with very low physician and staff turnover, offering full-spectrum women's health care in a collaborative, community-based environment.

You will join a team of experienced physicians, certified nurse midwives (CNMs), nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants in a practice where physicians are trusted, respected, and actively involved in decision-making with minimal administrative burden and strong hospital support.

Schedule & Coverage

• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> On-Call: Home call, 1-in-4 rotation as physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care

Key Responsibilities

• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse community patient population
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Manage gynecologic consults from surrounding primary care providers and in-house midwives
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Perform minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries in modern OR suites
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Support a family-focused birth center with VBAC, water birth, nitrous oxide, and epidural services
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a respectful, team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN required (if Board Eligible, include graduation date)
• p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0"> Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency in the US or Canada required
