Job description

Coverage Needed

    • 7/29-7/31 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
    • 8/1, 8/2 8a-8a
    • 8/15-8/20 8a-8a
    • 10/10, 10/11 8a-8a
    • 10/24-10/27 8a-8a
    • 11/16-11/18 8a-8a
    • 11/21, 11/22 8a-8a
    • 12/12, 12/13 8a-8a
    • 12/19, 12/20 8a-8a

Clinical Details

  • 15-18 patients per day in clinic
  • 10/15 procedures per week
  • 3-4 surgeries per week
  • EMR: Cerner
  • 99 beds
  • Required procedures Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
  • Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
  • Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Active AZ License or IMLC
  • DEA
  • Minimum 1 year experience
