What You ll Do:
- Lead the ENT division, providing strategic & operational oversight
- Deliver high-quality, personalized patient care with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Cleveland Clinic partners
- Drive clinical innovation utilizing advanced robotic surgical platforms (Da Vinci Xi)
- Oversee surgical scheduling with guaranteed OR block time
- Mentor and develop surgical and advanced practice provider teams
- Engage in research, educational initiatives, and community outreach
- Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4), supported by APPs and hospital team
What You Need:
- Medical license in New Jersey
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Extensive clinical experience beyond training (not open to new grads or fellows)
- Strong leadership, collaborative, and innovation skills
