What You ll Do:
  • Lead the ENT division, providing strategic & operational oversight
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized patient care with minimally invasive surgical techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Cleveland Clinic partners
  • Drive clinical innovation utilizing advanced robotic surgical platforms (Da Vinci Xi)
  • Oversee surgical scheduling with guaranteed OR block time
  • Mentor and develop surgical and advanced practice provider teams
  • Engage in research, educational initiatives, and community outreach
  • Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4), supported by APPs and hospital team
What You Need:
  • Medical license in New Jersey
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
  • Extensive clinical experience beyond training (not open to new grads or fellows)
  • Strong leadership, collaborative, and innovation skills
