Yard Jockey - $25.00 Per Hour - Chester, Virginia About the Position We are currently seeking a Jockey Driver for our client in Chester, Virginia. This position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and involves high-volume shuttle/jockey operations within the yard. DOT med card and a year of relevant experience are required.
Pay & Schedule - Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday, 7 PM - 7 AM (Wednesday 7 PM - 1 AM)
- Total Hours: 42 hours per week
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities - Operate ajockey truck within the yard
- Ensure timely and safe movement of trailers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Minimum Requirements - Valid driver's license
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable yard experience
- Must have a Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must have a valid DOT Med Card
