What You'll Do

As part of our growing team, you'll deliver comprehensive primary care while incorporating functional and preventive medicine strategies that address the whole person not just symptoms.

Your Impact Will Include:

• Conducting in-depth patient evaluations and wellness assessments

• Spending meaningful time with patients through minute appointments

• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions

• Reviewing and interpreting advanced laboratory testing

• Developing customized treatment plans focused on prevention, performance, and long-term health

• Prescribing and managing therapies including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), peptide therapies, and integrative treatments when appropriate

• Guiding patients through nutrition, lifestyle, metabolic health, and wellness optimization strategies

• Administering or overseeing IV nutrient therapy and wellness services

• Educating patients on gut health, inflammation reduction, disease prevention, and healthy aging

• Maintaining accurate EMR documentation

• Collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to delivering a world-class patient experience

• Contributing ideas that help expand and evolve our wellness programs and services

The Provider We're Looking For

You're more than a clinician you re a health advocate, educator, and partner in your patients' wellness journey.

You thrive in a relationship-based practice and enjoy helping patients achieve transformational results.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Family Nurse Practitioner License

• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)

• Minimum 2 3 years of Primary Care experience

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities

• Passion for preventive, functional, and longevity-focused medicine

• Comfortable working independently in a concierge-style practice

Schedule & Lifestyle Part-Time Position

With the opportunity to grow as the practice expands.

Clinic Hours

• Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Compensation

$60 $75 per hour

Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
