This private practice is seeking an associate with a path to partnership due to a retirement.
Practice Details High Patient Volume:
- Over 125+ new patients per month, ensuring a busy and productive schedule.
Comprehensive Pediatric Care:
- Full-scope treatment, including restorative care, anesthetic procedures, and conscious or IV sedation.
- An in-house anesthesiologist is available three days a week for IV sedation cases.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Guaranteed Base or 40% of Adjusted Net Collections
- Lucrative earning potential with an annually increasing compensation percentage.
