Residential HVAC service tech (NO SALES PRESSURE)

What You'll Do:
Diagnoses and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps gas furnaces and AC systems)
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and air flow issues.
Perform accurate systems evaluations and real solutions, (not guesswork)
Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs (no sales scripts)
What We're Looking For:
Strong Diagnostic skills (This is not an entry level sales tech position)
Experience with service and repair work
Ability to troubleshoot low voltage high voltage, refrigerant systems
Communication system experience is a plus
