Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Only (No Locums or Locum-to-Perm) Physician Urology

Overview

Established urology program in southern Colorado seeking a Urologist to join a high-volume practice with immediate patient demand. This opportunity includes outpatient clinic, hospital, and surgical responsibilities, supported by advanced technology and a strong clinical team.

Practice Highlights
  • General adult urology practice across outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical settings

  • High-volume practice with immediate patient demand

  • Team of 4 established Urologists plus a community partner

  • Hospital call participation for inpatient consults and emergencies

  • State-of-the-art technology including 2 DaVinci XI robots

  • Robotics expansion and Aquablation planned for 2026

  • Robust clinical and administrative support staff

  • EMR: Epic

  • System-wide name clearing required

Candidate Requirements (All Required)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency)

  • Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain (must be noted at submission)

  • BLS and ACLS certifications

  • DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)

  • Most recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days, required at presentation)

  • Visa support available (J-1 or H-1B eligible; must be noted at submission)

  • Permanent placement fee: $25,000 (must be noted at submission)

  • Candidate must not have applied directly to this position

Schedule & Coverage
  • Full-time clinical schedule

  • Hospital call rotation for inpatient coverage

  • Permanent position only no locums or locum-to-perm options

Compensation & Benefits
  • Highly competitive salary range: $550,000 $610,000 annually (based on experience)
