  • Must have active Michigan RN license
  • Must have NRP certification
  • Must have BLS certification
  • Must have ACLS certification
  • Must have AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification (Intermediate or Advanced accepted)
  • Must have STABLE certification
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: Nights, 18:15 - 06:45
  • 36 hours per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • Rotating holidays
  • No on-call

    Additional Details
  • Must provide Munson Badge Photo (shoulder/head with plain background)
  • Proof of MMR vaccination or positive titer required
  • Influenza vaccine required from 11/01 through 04/30 (medical/religious exemptions allowed with agency letterhead)
  • Negative TB test within last 6 months or 2-step skin test required; if positive, chest x-ray and evaluation required
  • Fit for Duty health statement completed within 1 year of start required
  • Proof of Varicella vaccination or positive titer required (history not accepted)
  • Must complete Core Competency Exam - OSHA & JC at time of hire
  • Must complete Skill Specific Competencies and Munson Skills Checklist - Self Assessment
  • Munson Drug Screen results within 90 days prior to start accepted
  • Must provide Driver's License/State ID
  • Must provide Social Security Card within 24 hours of accepting offer
  • Must submit Munson Profile including resume, skills checklist, and contact information
  • Minimum of 2 professional references from manager/supervisor/charge role required
  • Munson Social Security Verification required (trace or death master file not accepted)
  • Munson Criminal Background Check within 90 days required including aliases and national sex offender database search
  • Munson Education Verification required (third party or diploma)
  • Munson Employment Verification required for at least 2 employers spanning 2 years
  • Munson OIG Search within 90 days required including aliases
  • Munson OFAC within 90 days required including aliases
  • Munson National Sex Offender within 90 days required including aliases
  • Munson Completed i9 Attestation required
  • Munson Emergency Contact Form required
  • Munson Healthcare System agreement signature required
  • Ishihara Compliant Color Vision Exam required
