Job description

  • 08/17/2026 (flexible after August)- ongoing 26 weeks option to extend
  • Shift: 4x10s weekly; full-time 7:00a-5:30p (30-min lunch)
  • Support/Direction: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, Anesthesiologists; directed by Anesthesiologist (attendings often teaching residents)
  • Typical ratios: 1:2 Anesthesiologist to CRNA+Resident; up to 1:4 for low acuity; commonly 2:1 or 3:1
  • Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro; no hearts; no OB; NORA required
  • Skills: Intubation; central and arterial line placement; line placement; blocks not typically needed
  • Volume: 1-9 patients/day
  • EMR: Epic (preferred)
  • Certifications: KY license, NBCRNA BC
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year; no new grads; recent large medical center experience; Level 1 trauma experience required - please note in present
  • Vaccinations: COVID-19 and Flu required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
  • Credentialing/Privileging: 90 days credentialing; privileging 90-120 days
