Position Details:

• Schedule: 5x 8-hour shifts or 4x 10-hour shifts
• No call shifts required
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Census: 12-14 per day
• Patient Population: Adults
• Support Staff: 2 MDs, 4 PMHNPs, MAs, and full office staff
• EMR: AdvancedMD
• Board certification required
