Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Overview:
Our mission-driven healthcare team delivers high-quality pediatric care directly to underserved communities across Phoenix. This role combines advanced clinical practice with community outreach in a mobile clinic setting, providing meaningful care to children and families who face barriers to traditional healthcare access.
Position Offers:
• Part-time or full-time: hours per week
• Monday Friday schedule within office hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $60 $80 per hour + mileage reimbursement
• Mobile clinic with travel throughout Phoenix
• ASAP start
• Community-based pediatric care in schools, events, and homes
• Collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pediatric assessments, diagnoses, and management of common conditions, including histories, physical exams, and developmental screenings
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Coordinate care and referrals with community providers, schools, and social services
• Support community outreach activities, clinic scheduling, location planning, and partner collaboration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives through outcome tracking and service enhancements
Qualifications:
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain
• 3+ years pediatric NP experience in primary care, community health, or similar setting, or strong pediatric experience/passion
• DEA eligibility in Arizona
• Valid driver s license and willingness to travel
• Prefer bilingual in Spanish
