- 8 hour day shifts with night and weekend call coverage
- 1-2 cardiac cases and 3-4 lung cases per week maximum
- CABG, valve replacements, aneurysms, and thoracic procedures
- DaVinci robotics experience desired but not required
- Per diem pool coverage needs
- ICU rounding and OR first assist responsibilities
- Weekend call is 24/7 with morning rounds
- Low volume cardiac surgery program
