Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Prefer candidates who are willing to credential at Bedford and Altoona preferably for flexibility

SHIFT INFORMATION
Day Shifts 7a-7p
Night Shifts typically 7p-7a
Swing Shifts 2pm-2am

7 to 10 shifts per month between both locations

JOB INFORMATION
APP handles certain lower acuity floors for patient calls
Triage admissions from ER, consults, and transfers coming out of ICU
No critical care skills required. ICU closed to Hospitalist
Average 15-20 Admits/New Patients with shared visit/billing with physician
Does not carry rapid response or code blue pager
