Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and complex chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and routine health screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as appropriate
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
