Anesthesiologist Opportunity Central Florida (Brand-New Employed Practice) A newly expanded, hospital-employed Anesthesiology program in Central Florida is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join a growing team serving a 200-bed acute care hospital just outside the Orlando metro area.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fully supported, modernized anesthesia group with a balanced case mix, a predictable rotating schedule, and 13 weeks off annually.
Position Highlights Employed Anesthesia Care Team Model:
4 Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs/APPs
Coverage includes 10 ORs, Endoscopy, OB, and 7 total sites of service
CRNAs cover OB
Annual surgical volume 4,800 cases + 500 deliveries
Diverse case mix:
General
Heavy Ortho
Spine
Vascular
GI & Diagnostic Imaging
No hearts, no heads, no trauma, no EP, no IR
Must be proficient in regional blocks
Schedule 4-week rotating model:
Week 1: 7a 5p, Monday Friday
Week 2: 7a 5p, Monday Friday
Week 3: Late-day cases + beeper call 7p 7a
Week 4: Week OFF
Total: 13 weeks off per year
