We are looking for a dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a premier practice in Palm Springs. The Opportunity Work within a leading medical center that serves as a vital healthcare resource for the Coachella Valley.
Clinical Scope: Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and GYN emergency coverage.
Subspecialty Support: Collaborate with an affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and Neonatology practice.
Facility Highlights: The facility features a 30-bed Level III NICU the only one in the region and a hospital-based clinic specifically for high-risk expectant mothers.
Shift Structure: 24-hour in-house shifts.
Volume: The practice attends approximately 30 deliveries per month.

Compensation Standard Hourly Rate: Competitive pay starting at $175 - $220 per hour.
Holiday Pay: 1.25x the standard rate.
Orientation: 50% of the standard rate.
Candidate Requirements To maintain high standards of care and ensure a smooth credentialing process, candidates must meet the following:
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN (ABMS/AOA).
Licensure: Active California State Medical License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience.
