We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care facility in Saint Stephen, South Carolina. This role involves delivering comprehensive care to adult patients.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 4 days/week
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (32 hours/week with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Responsibilities:
The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Manage adult patient population (no pediatrics)
- Conduct exams, diagnose, and treat conditions
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
- Complete documentation and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Primary Care / Family Medicine experience
- Medical Degree
- Active South Carolina license
- Ability to conduct thorough patient examinations
- Diagnostic and treatment skills
- Prescriptive authority
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Compassionate patient care
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Advanced Communication Certifications, if any
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Team collaboration
