Interventional Pain Physician - Partnership Track

Florida: Naples/Ft. Myers, Cape Coral market

We are seeking a Physician specializing in spine and musculoskeletal interventions to provide advanced, patient-centered pain management. In this role, you will assist a diverse patient population in restoring optimal physical function and improving their quality of life. This is a full-time, employed opportunity offering exceptional earning potential, a high degree of patient satisfaction, and a clear, defined pathway to partnership.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Year 1 Base Salary: $500,000 - $550,000 (negotiable based on experience).
  • Income Potential: Expected total take-home income of $750,000 to over $1,000,000 annually.
  • Partnership Track: Clear partnership opportunity for clinicians (may involve a buy-in).
  • Production Incentives: RVU-based bonuses available.
  • Signing & Relocation: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered.

Requirements

Education & Training:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree (or foreign degree equivalent) required.

License/Certifications:
  • Valid and active unrestricted state medical license to practice medicine.
  • Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proven ability to perform advanced interventional pain procedures (e.g., spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasty, SI joint fusion).
  • Deep knowledge of current comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for acute and chronic pain.
