Residential Remodeling Foreman Hendrickson Construction Services is a growing, veteran-owned remodeling company seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead residential remodeling projects. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks, drywall, painting, and whole-home renovations.
Responsibilities:
Lead remodeling projects from start to finish.
Perform quality carpentry and remodeling work.
Coordinate materials and subcontractors.
Communicate professionally with homeowners.
Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Requirements:
5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to read plans and solve problems on the job.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Pay & Benefits:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience.
Full-time position.
Gas card or mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
Performance-based raises.
