Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM - Nampa, ID
July 15, 22, 29 August 4, 7, 12, 14
Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (no lunch) - Caldwell, ID
June 16 July 21, 28 August 7, 11, 14, 18, 28
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM - Pocatello, ID
June 17, 19, July 1 2 September
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Idaho dental license (or willingness to obtain)
- Pediatric dentistry experience required
