About Trio Solar of Pennsylvania
Trio Solar of Pennsylvania is a rapidly growing residential solar company helping Pennsylvania homeowners cut their energy costs and make the switch to clean power. We're building a team of driven, people-first reps who want to earn top income doing meaningful work in their community.
What You'll Do
• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and territories to generate qualified solar leads
• Engage homeowners in door-to-door conversations about energy savings and the benefits of going solar
• Qualify prospects by assessing homeownership, roof condition, utility bills, and interest level
• Set appointments for senior energy consultants to conduct in-home assessments
• Track and report daily activity - doors knocked, conversations had, appointments set and kept
• Represent Trio Solar of Pennsylvania professionally in every interaction
What We're Looking For
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Strong communicator - you can handle objections and keep a conversation moving
• Self-motivated and results-driven - your schedule and your income are yours to control
• Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or outside sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation
• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Performance bonuses for appointment set rates and closed deals
• Top reps earn $75,000 - $150,000 annually
