Job Description About the Opportunity

A multi-specialty clinical practice is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its patient-centered care team in Cicero and Chicago, Illinois.

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative clinical environment.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking and physical exams
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing (labs, X-rays, EKGs)
  • Provide preventive care counseling, including health maintenance, lifestyle guidance, and family planning
  • Perform in-office procedures such as:
    • Injections
    • Suturing
    • Wound care
    • Immunizations
  • Support clinical staff and contribute to efficient patient flow and team coordination
Practice Environment
  • On-site role across Cicero, IL and Chicago, IL

Schedule & Work Setting
  • Full-time on-site clinical role

Compensation
  • Base salary: $100,000 $140,000 (based on experience)
  • Up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses

Candidate Requirements
  • Master s degree (PA or FNP track)
  • Active Illinois PA or FNP license (required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (required)
  • 2 5 years of experience in primary care and/or pediatrics preferred
  • New graduates may be considered
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background check
