Job Description About the Opportunity A multi-specialty clinical practice is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its patient-centered care team in Cicero and Chicago, Illinois.
This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative clinical environment.
Clinical Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing (labs, X-rays, EKGs)
- Provide preventive care counseling, including health maintenance, lifestyle guidance, and family planning
- Perform in-office procedures such as:
- Injections
- Suturing
- Wound care
- Immunizations
- Support clinical staff and contribute to efficient patient flow and team coordination

Compensation - Base salary: $100,000 $140,000 (based on experience)
- Up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses

Candidate Requirements - Master s degree (PA or FNP track)
- Active Illinois PA or FNP license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (required)
- 2 5 years of experience in primary care and/or pediatrics preferred
- New graduates may be considered
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background check
